if you know roughly where the clerks store is, you could try using the New Jersey Transit Itinerary Planner at http://atisweb.njtransit.com/cgi-bin/itin_page .pl
trains to Monmouth County (Red Bank) take around 1hr20mn from Penn Station, and a bus transfer to Leonardo will take around 30mn on top of that.
