The O.C - Whats that song called? Help!

Hi, I'm trying to discover the name of the song I heard on an old episode of the O.C that I watched the other day(on E4). (I don't know what 'series' it's in...sorry)

It plays when: Merissa's younger sister is being driven back to school by a boy (after the valentine beach party) & after Jonnys death (when they are all living in a trailer park etc...)

I love it, so if you can help I'd be very grateful!!
