I heard christopher lee, he wa in the fu manchu films but i don't know if they would be classed a trilogy, also lord of the rings and star wars

Christopher Lee wasnt in Star Wars Epidode 1 Phantom Menace but was in episode 2 and 3
he was in numerous Dracula movies obviously-so whether any of these are part of a trilogy
