Did anybody notice the music playing in the background when the judges were waiting to get their phonecalls to tell them which category they had got? Its a slow, maybe classical song with piano and violins playing i think. A very pleasant sounding song. If anybody knows what the name of the song is and the artist then could you please let me know. Thank you.

...I wasn't watching but I was listening last night, I did hear Clubbed to Death by Rob D, not sure if it's the one you were thinking of...it has a very slow classical sounding bit in it....

Thanks, I just downloaded it and I recognise it from The Matrix, but its not the one i'm looking for, sorry! Thanks for your help though I also love that song too!!
If it's the one I'm thinking of then I've definitely heard it on the film Heat with Al Pacino and Bob De Niro right at the end of the film when Al is holding Bob's hand just after he shoots him. I assumed that piece of music was scored for the film but maybe not as it seems to pop up all over the place.
I too wanted to know the name of this music and thanks to FatCat I've tracked it down. The piece is called "God moving over the face of the waters" by Moby. It's from the CD album "I like to score" which is a compilation of film scores Moby has written. It's a great piece of music and I've ordered the CD plus the DVD of the film "Heat". :-)
