i didn't know what section to put this in so i put it in this one because it gets viewed alot. What was the queens original second name? it was german and ewas changed for that reason but what was it? thnks

do you mean Saxe-Coburg Gotha? That was the house to which Prince Albert belonged.

Hi Dot is correct,
however the Royal Name changed to Windsor during WW1. King George V did not like the German sounding name when we were at war with Gerrmany.
So according to this Elizabeth was born into the Windsow family. Rgds Al
