NTL on demand delays

Is anyone else having problems with NTL on demand at the moment? I can't get Mondays Eastenders yet or Sundays casualty?

I'm really sick of NTHell at the moment, my channels are all jumpy, I'm confused with the new channel numbers as I'd only just got used to the old numbers.

I ordered a film the other day and it just kept freezing and going off, I ordered eastenders from last week and 10 minutes into it I got an error message, tried again, same thing!!!

As for their customer service I give up, after waiting for ages for a human voice I'm told over and over again to unplug the set top box, it's a nightmare!!

Anyway rant over, the answer to your question is yes I am having trouble with NTL as are a few of my friends!!

Don't start me on NTL. Come the revolution they are first up against the wall.
