Does anyone else think that last night's "who do you think you are"? featuring David Tennant (Dr Who) was the most boring yet?

I've watched it today after videoing it last night and I found some of it interesting, however I was disappointed that they didn't even look at his fathers side of the family.
Yeh,I agree too. Normally, they cover both sides of the families. They seemed to politizie too much. The Barbara Windsor episode was soo much more interesting.
Sorry, but I can't see whats interesting in other peoples ancestors.Who cares?
I agree, it was more like watching UK History - Yawn Yawn !

No, disagree. I have a horrified fascination for some of the shameful episodes described in that programme, e.g. the clearances. I think it goes beyond politicising (I'm assuming that's you meant linda) - it's about terrible things that were done to innocent people. Also I love the highlands & islands & Scotland generally, and find him an engaging bloke.

There were earlier ones I found boring, like the Meera Syal one.
Hi Backdrifter. No I wasn't referring to the Highland clearances.I actually thought that bit was very interesting, cos it's not something you normally hear much about.I meant the fact, that the programme got bogged down with the N.I. aspect.
