Join a local childrens theatre group like Stagecoach.

If she has any skill or talent it will be spotted there and you can ask for advice on where to go next. Plus the people who run it will have contacts in the business.

When musicals and other events that require children visit a town the organizers often ask at places like Stagecoach for children to take part.

Remember that THOUSANDS of children and adults want to go on to TV or on the stage and very few make it. By all means let her try, but try not to let her think it will be easy, she will have to work at it.

Also don't pay out loads of money to these "fake" agencies that advertise in the paper for people to become models. They charge 200 pounds for a few photos and you never hear from them again.
