Film that was on C4 the other week and the only bits that spring to mind is a couple who have been rammed by a truck, then the fella falls down some kinda tube only to discover a cave thats covered in human bodies. Involved a bat like creature who drives the truck.
Soz for a crappy discription but I ain`t no film critic :)
