If you type in Madonna in the www.IMDB.com and then select contact details, I am sure that her agent would be able to pass any email along to her.

I just went on IMDB but don't really want to subscibe to get the details. I know its free for 14 days but when you get involved with something like that sometimes its hard to get out of and you keep getting pestered. But they did have the contact details.
