If they have released the format can someone explain the rules of this new show to me?

nine folks locked in an underground bunker, they have to decide unanimously between themselves which one of them deserves �1million, it's pre-recorded, I know one has already become ineligible cos of something they did in the past but don't wanna spoil it for you :o)
