I have just seen on the news that 3 people have passed out whilst watching Saw 3 at the cinema.. I went to see it on Saturday and it is a brilliant film and not really any gorier than the other 2. Why would you go and see a movie like that if you are squeamish? Has anyone else seen it? What did you think?
I wouldn't go and see it anyway because I confess that I am a wimp, and don't enjoy scary/gory films! People I know that have seen it said it was quite gory, but as you say, not really any gorier than the others.
Maybe the ones who fainted hadn't seen the other two films so didn't know exactly how gory it would be???
I love horror films but haven't seen many lately as Mr Boo is terrified of 'em and refuses to watch em (the ruddy wuss!). I like being scared out me wits.....well...film wise anyway.
So no, in answer to your question, I haven't seen it, but I would do- given the opportunity.
Boo.. No point going to see it if you have not seen the first 2 as it makes the assumption that you have and you will not understand quite a bit of storyline if you have not see them all..
Glammapus.... Briefly.. Amanda from the first and second films kidnaps a doctor so that Jigsaw wont die of a brain tumour. She has to keep his heart above a certain level or the device that Amanda places around her neck will explode. He wants to keep her there whilst a guy completes a series of tests relating to his anger over the death of his son in a hit & run accident. Wont tell you too much more or there will be no point seeing the film. It has great twists to it and it would spoil the movie
