I missed the end - did any complete the 130 miles?

5 robots finished the course 9 beat the furthest attempt from 2 yrs ago already polanning a 60 mile urban course through normal roads and obeying the highway code ,cant wait for that one!

It wouldn't normally be my kind of TV but I caught the final build up and the race.

The 'red' team's quicker vehicle led the whole race but struggled on the hills, the slower blue one (Albert) overtook it a few miles from the finish and won. I cheered! Very sad I know.
The others that finished were the other red vehicle, the grey vehicle (team from New Orleans) and the massive green tank type thing.

Whats the betting that the simple but effective design that won isnt adopted by the military but for some strange reason the design from the major arms manufacturers is the one used?

your right gary money talks i bet the deal was alredy done before the race started some us senators are probably speeding about in flash new motors curtosy of the green tank defence contractor!
