Lost my marbles

I started cleaning my flat Saturday morning while watching an interview with Steve Jones and Ewan McGregar on Channel 4 then an advert came on for 'after the break friends' well after cleaning the rest of the other rooms I went back into the living room and watched the whole interview again and the same advert. It was like groundhog day and I was even saying the next bits out loud just to try and prove I had seen it all before. So did anyone else see this twice or did I time travel?
