Castaway channel 4

There was a programme on on channel 4 a while ago, called Castaway, and the themetune is so nice but i dont know who sings it or what it's called. It goes something like 'left ma soul...down by the sea...lost control....living free' Please help!!!

The song by Morcheeba is called "The Sea" and the programme was called Shipwrecked.
