there was once a kids program about two kids that found a load of old coins and stuff. with them was a space ship thing, it was like a blob shape and they both could sit inside it. inside there was loads of big buttons that made the ship fly, go invisable, fire lasers, look back in time ect. ect. can anyone remeber what is was called ?

It sounds a lot like Aquila, it was 2 lads.. and i think one of their dads was a archeologist or something and they found it when they went to see one of their dads digs.
it was on the BBC. And there was an old woman who lived next door who thought she was going crazy then they told her about it.
is this it??

yep agree with missjef deffo Aquila, it was filmed locally and we saw the pod thing on our way to school, they also used my kids school to film during the summer holidays.
