If you are looking for specific people you could also do some searching on Google images. For example, take Buster Keaton:

Knowing that he died in 1966 at about 70 years old a search for �Buster Keaton 1966� bought up the following:

Octavius & Tonymclark. Thanks for your suggestions but no joy. I did the ole Mary Miles Minter 1984 & others but to no avail. I can only get pictures of the silent stars in their movies, not in old age. Well apart from the Buster Keatons, Harold Lloyds & Mary Pickfords, the extremely famous ones.
Anyone else have any more ideas?
