Wages for a major film score?

Does anyone know roughly how much a composer gets for scoring the music to a major film? For instance John Williams and Attack of the Clones?

See my answer on theme royalties. It's difficult to say how much any composer will get because the royalties come in for years but your example will proabably run to the million+ I suspect but not immediately
