asked this before but no-one knew - It was about a Dr who was performing an operation on a woman but when he cut her open he found she was pregnant so aborted the baby. When the woman came round, she claimed for the loss of her baby and got loads of money. Turns out it was all a scam and they were having an affair and the whole thing was a plan. Any ideas what it was called? It definitely was not MALICE, there were now big names in it either

I hope someone tells us as well. The woman could not have children and the scam was between her and the doctor. He operated and said he had to abort her pregnancy (which did not exsist). She sued him(through the hospital). They were lovers, and her husband was used as tool in their scam.
Tell you what, if it is not Malice then someone has most definitely ripped-off someone else's plot. That is almost identical to the storyline in Malice ( substitute "aborted baby" for "diseased ovaries" ). Sorry can't help with name of TV movie.

this one was made way before Malice, i watched it in the late 80s/early 90s and it wasn't new then. malice must have ripped it off!
Yes, thats right. The diseased ovary removal meant that she could no longer have children and the scam was, she could not have them in the first place.
