Those with Rage don't kill people. They merely infect the uninfected (such as the black soldier chained up in the manor house near manchester), so why bother to vomit blood over an already Rage victim? Maybe some were killed, but with seems like the best explanation i can come up with lol

Oh rite, you see i thought those with rage attacked people, i thought that was the condition. Makes more sense your way tho!
They do kill people! their infected with rage and that means that thier not just ganna infect other ppl, like the monkeys!
her question was why are Rage infected victims not killing other Rage infected victims. the answer is because they already have rage. we don't see a Rage victim kill a non infected, even the black soldier at the manor house house was not killing the other soldiers...he was merely infected them.
The simplest answer is that the focus of the film is on the survivors/the uninfected, the film is only interested in the infected as they relate to the uninfected so whether or not the infected attack each other is irrelevant but it can be assumed that they do turn on each other.
Frog, i disagree. look at the catholic church at the start of the film, which was full of infected, yet they were not attacking each other. why does something kill something else? for food. the infected do not have the mentality to kill due to maliciousness or vengeance, but to infect the uninfected. throughout many parts of the film we see infected reacting to uninfected and not reacting to them, and in that non reactive state they are not attacking each other, not in an attack to kill anyway
Caladon, I answered from my perspective on the film, the film as I remember it is actually riddled with holes and unanswered questions and since it is more then a year since I saw it I'm not really in a position to argue about the details so we'll have to agree to disagree I'm afraid.
