Jools Holland & cronies have brought in enough New Years now
7 Answers
I realise I have other channel options and even an off switch, but I reckon it's time Jools Holland was dumped as New Year TV host. Yes the music's great thanks to his artist pulling power, but he's not moved on as a presenter since The Tube, his interviews are hopeless and the studio is always full of his boring old mates: French, Saunders, Edmonson, Higson, etc. They're like some sort of mafia who reckon they're hilarious but simply aren't. Time to, as the old song goes, ring out the old and bring in the new. Don't you think?
