NTL telephone faults Email address

I need an Email address to report a telephone fault. All I can find on the NTL website is a phone number - which is no good because the phone doesn't work!

I've been in through the ntlworld.com home page. Then help and support - contact ntl - they ask for your postcode then.

This will take you through to telephone problems - good luck though as they are not a brilliant service to deal with - sorry!!

Or e mail a friend the phone number and ask them to call for you?
