Early VHS video

ok. i remember seeing a film in the early 80's on VHS. i rented it from DER who had perhaps 90 films at the time ( half VHS, half Beta) anyhow, the film features someone in a santa costume running away from blokes shooting at him ( perhaps up some steps) and a head in a fish tank. any ideas what it's called? jim

The movie is called "The Silent Partner" made in 1978. Christopher Plummer & Elliott Gould star in the movie.Plummer is the actor who walks into the bank dressed as santa and Gould is the cashier in the bank.
