Just watched Fame Academy for the first time. I know it's for Charity but,hey,come on,it must be a wind-up.!!!!

I would imagine that, relatively speaking, Fame Academy is cheaper to produce (particularly as - I assume - the competitors are donating their time) than many other types of programme.
What I dislike is the constant screaming and shouting from the audience (ditto Strictly Come Dancing). In fact, more than one Fame Academy contestant had said words to the effect, "I'm sorry I didn't sing well, but I couldn't hear myself because of the audience". I don't think that is sour grapes.

Even though Fame Academy is for charity, it's still rigged. How anyone can say Ray Stubbs has anything of a singing voice is beyond me? Zoe's not far behind him (I guess she's just the necessary eye candy for the fellas) and that stupid Tara Tomkinson thing is just a total waste of everyone's space.
Shaun, Colin and Angelica are the ones who really stand out, yet I don't give much for their chances of still being in there at the end.
