About 2-3 weeks ago Sherrie Hewson appeared on Loose Women and told the panel she was appearing on a new game show called Soapstar Superchef and that she won her game. Now yesterday this edition of Soapstar Superchef was aired by ITV and Sherrie did indeed win. The problem I have is that the 2 presenters Nicki Chapman and that annoying idiot from GMTV kept telling everyone that the programme was live, but how could it have been.

Have I made a mistake somewhere or is this another ITV programme that is conning the viewers. I thought Michael Grade was stopping this sort of thing from happening.

I caught abit yesterday (unfortunately - Richard Arnold makes my blood boil...) and assumed it was live as the girl with Sherrie Hewson swore, and they had to apologise. Surely if it wasn't live they would have edited it out? Hmmm confusing...
it is live coz this morning on entertainment today, after gmtv, they were talking to richard arnold and he was also with the contestants and talking to the presenters on ET.

Thanks both. I must have made a mistake.
I heard her say she won Starrs!!..Surely we both couldnt have misheard?

Hi Lindapinda, did you hear her say it on Loose Women aswell.
I certainly did!!..She was saying something about getting into a whole mess with it,and nearly being in tears, but despite all that, she actually won it! I remembered thinking, that if I had been in a mess like she was, there's no way I'd have won!!
