I thought it was a new actress. The original was Maxine Peake ( Twink in Dinnerladies, and played the lead role in the recent John Prescott docu-drama )

Sian Reeves played his wife in both Northern Lights and City Lights and Maxine Peake played his wife in the one off Christmas Lights!

Hi,

Yeah Christmas Lights was first and Howies wife PAuline was played by Maxine Peake.

Next was Northern Lights and she was played by Sian Reeves

And now City Lights and is still being played by Sian Reeves.
