Just checked and although I am terribly good with faces, his didn't ring any bells. Could it be that you've seen him in Blind Date/Dial-a-date/Streetmate or some Quiz show or even an audience member of some show like Graham Norton? These entrants usually apply to many tv programmes and end up appearing in a number of them.

Usually i would put it down to that, but in this case a male friend said how familiar he looked, without me saying it first!
