Its filmed a week or so in advance in the evening. Not sure about Trisha but Jerry Springer films the whole weeks programs the week before over 2 days, I would guess its the same for Trisha, but its done in the evening for definate as my cousin was on it last year.

Actually, Trisha is filmed 6 months in advance. Because there is so much research/tests/filming/editing to do the process takes 6 months from filming to airing.
