On the website www.bringmadeleinehome.com Zoe Wanamaker has recorded a plea for her return .. does anyone know what the music is playing in the background, it is very haunting and I would love to find out what it is.

I couldn't hear any music at either site, but on checking worked out that it was because I only allow Javascript to run when I give explicit permission (more secure) and the Sky feed was blocked. After all that, you're right - it's very hard to hear the music and I haven't a clue what it was! (Might be worth contacting Sky?)

Also, someone might want to point out to the Webmaster that they need an "enable Javascript" note if they want everyone to see/hear the appeal.

I don't think that two parents desperate to get their child back should be accused of being over-sentimental and false. I for one would do whatever it takes to get my daughter back but to accuse them of being mawkish?

It's beyond bad taste - heaven forbid you should feel the desperation that they do to get their little girl back.

Sorry for having the nerve to disagree with the mawkishness thing because theres a lot of it out there on this subject. No one is saying that its wrong for them to want there kid back but the thing is every one is falling over themselves to get on the band wagon.
Yes its sad and yes it shouldn't happen but for heavens sake why is the media going mental over this one child when if pays little if not no attention at all to the other poor little souls that have gone missing. What makes madleleine so diiferent.
It has I'm afraid become a rather jaded and mawkish affair simply because of the media interest. Have it by all means just to get her back but please refrain from allowing every one with an interest in free publicity i.e one horse jockey to name but a few the chance to get his face in the lime light.
Just wondering but where exactly is all the money being raised by these ribbons going to?
