I am after a recording of the Chimes of Big Ben, i need to be able to strike midnight at a youth camp and don't have access to a large Gong to be able to do it myself. TIA

You have the choice of a recording of 12pm at street level (so lots of background noise), or 2pm by the bells. Save to your PC by right clicking and select 'save target as..' and pick a file location on your PC. You could use something like Audacity to 'add' 6 lots of the 2pm hour strikes to music file to get the 12 pm effect, if you don't want the street noise etc.
I needed them for a new year's disc I did that was timed to the second (so the bells rung at the same time as the real bells). I did a search on Limewire under big ben/chimes/etc and got them that way.
