i expected someone else to have posted about how good/bad it was last night??
well.what did you think? i thought they should of ended it when the master died and got buried............. i thought they dragged it out a bit at the end .....ie..so it went from a great high when the doc got back...and to a low when they had a chat at the end??
It did a bit. What on earth was going on when Captian Jack left them saying he was the "Face of Bo" and they were like "AAh" and "aha!!" - it went right over my head!!
Don't you remember the Face of Bo? http://www.relativedimensions.co.uk/dre2.jpg
Obviously they are intimating that as Jack cannot die, he has said he is aging, that this is what Jack becomes.
oooh when Jack said they used to call him the "Face of Boe" my son and I were terribly excited (poor jack!)
Are you not a sci-fi geek like us Bluemukka? lol
I really enjoyed the episode, when the master was dying and the Doctor was crying I'm afraid i was crying too blush
Martha wont have left for good, she will still be in some episode but she had to leave because she loves him. Gawd i'm gonna start crying again
There's a video on the BBC Doctor Who website, and john Simm says all he remembers about the scene where tThe Master dies was David Tennant's stubble in his eye.
Fantastic finale>I thought the ending was just right. It wrapped up the season, answered a few questions and asked a few more, and then set up the Christmas special.
I thought it was a brilliant ending and the Face of Bo thing sheer genius. Then i saw the Xmas taster! I wish they would stop dragging in famous dead figures from the past and events from real history into it. I prefer it to be pure fantasy not a history lesson with a twist
ooh I wonder who it will be?? cool lol though I do like DT I have to say, but I liked Christopher Ecclestone too. (cant be assed finding spelling lol)
I agree chaotica, i was saying to Mr cat last night, I wish they would be a bit braver and get away from Earth, have some real alian adventures. Come on Russell be brave lol
