Piano Music in tonights xfactor (september 8th)

Does anybody know the name of the piece of music played on the piano during tonights xfactor which was used right at the end as they introduced the woman who sang unbreak my heart by Toni Braxton, it's driving me mad!!!

I could be so wrong here as I have a goldfish memory, but I know there was a piano piece played which sounded very like Craig Armstrong's backing in the film "Love Actually". I'm not sure if it's the PM's love theme.I could also be sooooooooo wrong as I really like that piece & somewhere in the X factor I'm sure it was played - might not have been that place though. Hope you do find what it is ..if I'm wrong :o)

Just to confirm it...yep it is from Love Actually.Heard it on GMTV this morning when they showed the clip & then interviewed the woman & her daughter.
