who's the bloke in eastenders?

there is a bloke in eastenders,as an extra,who used to prance about on top of the pops,anyone know who he is? or know if this is the same person

The only ones I can think of are Winston, the black CD market trader and the mixed race Postman. Both have been in the show from the beginning I believe.

There are a few haggered market traders and of course Tracey (who almost had a storyline when Sam whacked her over the head) but these are female.
