I don't think she 'deserved', or was 'dropped'.
The management company stated that they are unable to do their job - so they have terminated their contract. In this instance BS hired them, not the other way around, so they can't 'drop' her, as she employs them. What they company can do is exercise its right not be be employed by BS, which they have done.
As to whether BS gets her life back on track, that would be a good place to start - and once that is done, she can see if her career is salvageable, although the Poptastic Express doesn't tend to hang around in sidings waiting for those less able to hang on and enjoy the ride.
