I've been trying to get through to Virgin Media on the phone to cancel my phone-TV-broadband package & it is impossible to get through. I actually timed myself today & was on hold for 26 minutes before slamming the phone down & saying a few rude words. Does anyone know if i can do it on the internet have looked but cant find anything, desperatley need to cancel cuz ive ordered Sky & a BT line to be installed. Any help/advice appreciated!

They are numbers I have been given after complaining very loudly to Virgin call centres.

Try them and see. Let me know how you get on.

I had the same problem hung up after an hour - ended up writing to them that worked or contact BBC Watchdog I'm sure you're not alone!
