What's worth watching on tv?

Are you loving a programme that's hid away in the schedules? what programmes would you recommend to other Answerbankers ? The ones I would recommend are:
Flight of the Conchords on BBC4 Fridays
Medium Sundays BBC1
Charlie Brooker's Screen Wipe BBC4 Fridays
The Sarah Jane Adventures BBC1 Mondays 5pm.

Jericho (ITV4 Wednesday) looks promising, but then I'm a sucker for "end of the world" type stuff.

im really into all the discovery channels, not all of them are top Tv but it has surprised me how much i enjoy most of the documentrys on their!!

also, "something for the weekend" on BBC2 sunday morning always goes down well in this house!!

It seems that some of the best shows are hidden away or on at unusual times. If you like soaps Mrben5 try Doctors BBC1.:-D

the unit on bravo also good but a bit too pro army for my liking in places!

Cannot believe no-one here has mentioned HEROES! i'm addicted to it, though it's only got about 5 episodes left or maybe a bit more on BBC2 (wednesdays 9pm - with an episode straight after on BBC3) i would highly recommend watching them to anyone.
i also love Medium which has already been recommended!
Have i Got New's for you starts again this Friday with Ross Noble as the first guest host.
I'm not sure when it will be back but i would highly recommend House starring Hugh Laurie i think that is an excellent program though probably won't return till early next year on channel 5.

I'm also addicted to Heroes - a fantastic show. And like gettinblurry I also watched Jericho, so I'll be watching that this week aswell. Looks like Wednesdays is a sitting in front of the TV night for me!

I too love Heroes. especially Hiro and Ando. But I did not mention it as I have seen it mentioned on here a lot and thought that everyone was already watching it . I just found out that it is the last Medium of the series on Sunday that should be good . I have Free view so I can not see all these programs mentioned but between us all we are beginning to get enough to fill an evening. By the way Kath and Kim BBC2 and The Riches Virgin1 are also good.:-D
