Top Gear query

I've posted this on the Motoring section as well so bear with me. On the trailer for Top Gear on Dave on Freeview there is a clip of either Richard Hammond or James May jumping out of a car as it starts to roll back down a very steep hill on what loks like some sort of test track. Does anyone know what this was about? Thanks.
