He told Claire exactly where to shoot him in the head - I think there is a certain point from which they can't recover. It's been mentioned several times in series 2 so far..
Yes there is a certain point where they cannot recover.
I watched it the first time around on Sci Fi, and remember thinking that it was odd that Nathan went with Peter. Couldn't Peter fly too, after gaining his brothers power?
The next series ( which we certainly would never illegally download ) is even better than the first, i think. It does answer some of the questions but for everything that's explained there's another two twists that make you go ' oooh!'
Both Claire and Peter were 'killed' by a piece of wood and a piece of glas respectively entering the base of their skull but as Peter could fly I'm not sure why he needed Nathan.
I was confused as to why Linderman had gone bad as his power was such a good one.
The trailers for series two showed both Nathan and Peter so maybe it was not the end.......
I love Heroes though, it leaves you with lots to think about.
Sylar doesn't have the power of recovery as he needed to kill Claire to get the power but Peter stopped him
Sylar has to kill to get the power
Peter only has to be in contact with them
Like someone else mentioned though, why didn't peter just fly away himself? Surly that would have been possible (if you know what i mean lol!) But having said that, if he did fly away then there would have been no point to the 1st series!
So, did the invisible man (Chris Eccleston) die? Can't remember which episode he last appeared in. I ask cos Sylar in the final episode comes from nowhere to take out Peter Petrelli at the square.
I might be the exception but I thought it was really disappointing. I know it's fantasy, but it has to make sense as well.
Why did Hiro not stop time to kill Syler when he had countless opportunities? When he did manage to kill him, Syler conveniently forgot to use any of his powers.
Why couldn't Peter control the powers? The other guy seemed to manage fine, as did Syler. And why didn't he just fly away?
