Did anyone else think this programme was a bit naff? I can understand the point behind it, but couldn't see that Michelle was taking it seriously until she felt too ill to continue. I felt she was doing it for the 'good' of her career as opposed to the good of the nation. Surely, if you were going to take part in a documentary like this you would be more closely monitored and have read up about the damage it could do to your body, let alone make the effort to find out the actual measurement of a shot. I realise that a lot of drinkers don't know how big or small a 25ml, 35ml or 50ml shot is, or how many units it contains, but for her own health she should have been made aware of this prior to taking part. It just seemed like a complete car crash. What did you all think?

I'd agree with you natalie. I didn't see it from start to finish, but caught bits of it here and there. I got the feeling also that she was only doing it for abit of exposure for herself, and not because she actually wanted to warn the public of the dangers of drinking. She didn't come across as someone doing a serious investigation, and her attitude was wrong.
I thought exactly the same. She didn't seem to know what the message was, never mind educating the rest of us!
It just seemed to be an excuse for her to go and and get trashed (I mean - she 'only' had to drink 60units a week but she was somehow managing to get through 80+!!!!!)
I only saw half of it but felt she had a totally different perspective and attitude to doing a report than say Louise [ex-pop star]who lost weight last year for a documentary on size 0!
