How do you 'manage' yours?

Are you the type of person who sorts their emails into folders? Deletes them once read? Saves them? Or doesnt give it a second thought?

I have just spent the last hour sorting through a mass of emails and resolve to do it more often LOL

Work ones I'm meticulous about filing into various folders and sub folders. Personal just sit there until the ''Your Mailbox is over it's size limit'' message rocks up.

I just delete after a few days then frantically search for important ones and of course theyre never there.
I have over 7and half thousand in one addy alone -not a lot by some i guess BUT I have to perma delet each one individually -little wonder the PC runs slow -just bought a new one rather than deleting the Emails -lol

I'm like Beads. I sort mine out into folders. Each friend has their own folder.
And work wise each subject.
And I use the rules to delete the unwanted ones.

i delete 99% of 'em without opening them, the other 1% is from CD.....and i delete them without opening them too ;-)

If it's hotmail, you can click delete on the main heading Haysi and it puts a tick against em all for you to delete them in one fell swoop.

How's you by the way, recovered from New Year?

What are E-mails ? How do I get them ? Is there a shortcut for them that I could put on my desktop ? Do I have to fill in any forms ? (I quite like Questionnaires....... ) ;)

Hiya Booooooo! I am just grand thank you, I have recovered from New Year and am off the booze - yes I am!! Well, for a wee while at least. Hope you and yours had a great festive season.
