The Dad wasnt the killer,it was the attourney bloke,cant remember his name.He`d been having an affair with the wife.

the DA was the killer and because the dad was in a total state of shock he'd managed to convince him he'd done it. the wife had been threatened over the phone and had taped the call and given it to the daughter to hide. The DA killed them all when going for the tape.
