why the hell is this program being broadcast at 9pm? Who the hell is gonna want to cook a 3 course meal at 9pm at night. Most of us have already eaten!!

That's what I said to Mr Scooby, and his theory is that it's probably because Ramsay will swear a lot!!! Surely the man can contain himself!

I'm usually going to bed!!! They will overkill ithe cookery programmes if they haven't already but putting these sort of things on. Mind you, I suppose you could tape it and do it next day? Assuming you have the ingredients beforehand?

well i would normally eat about that time, only as i get in from work around half eight on a friday, but i don't have a tv in my kitchen and there is no way i'm running back and forth, so feet up glass of wine in hand and i'll just watch

I have to agree with eyeshade,there are far too many cookery progs at the minute.They want people to eat healthy and less but they are shoving them down out throat all the time[excuse the pun] no enough is anough.

What got me is that with all the adverts of this, there was no reference to where you could find out what ingredients to get in etc. Unless you have the internet to go to ch4 site. Not that I'd have bothered, far too early to eat on a friday night!!

I couldn't watch more than a couple of minutes of it, all the 'trendy', jerky camera movements and constantly changing camera angles, presumably to make it look live and exciting just did my head in. It was just somebody cooking steak and chips for flip sake. I thought that style of filming went out with Jamie Oliver
