So naturally this is based on a comic book so anything could happen, but what exuse would you come up for how he powers the massive arms of his? personally i dont have a clue how =)...

I think it explains it in the film mthat he moves them by the power of his mind, ie he thinks he's moving them and they move...and i am in love with spiderman.

It's the same as in the comics... he controls them with his mind, the tentacles wired into his spinal cord, linked to his brain. Quite logical...Stan the man Lee is a genius! Also, Becksm you in love with spiderman or just tobey maguire?
