Cases like this are very, very sad. The women obviously need psychiatric help, but their desire to have a child often wipes away sense. I had a friend who committed suicide because she couldn't have children. It's dreadful to think that people can be driven to such lengths.
I used to have an Emaljunga pram ... the hours I spent at the sink washing the wheels ... actually ok I just used to let my oldest suck them ... yea Gods.
In anticipation of the nightmare this is gonna give me tonight I have just eaten a block of cheese, at least I can blame the nightmare on the cheese now.
Also, since Sue's 'baby' had a broken head and had to go back, do you think she would let me have her pram, its better than the one I've got in, I mean she doesn't need it now and then it really wouldn't be a waste of money!
I hope not lukey, I think this was the repeat. Mind you, it was on channel 4 so I expect it will be on again at some stage, maybe E4 or something, you just gotta watch out for the ad.
I will now be tempted to peep into posh prams now to see if they contain dolls!!! I had never even heard of this before last night and I sat there open mouthed for the whole program. Truly weird. The husbands were so supportive - can anyone else imagine their partners going along with them on this?
