TV linking

I have just got sky TV+ with sky box in another room, can I link this box to another TV in my kitchen without calling in sky. I have been told to get a transmitter? can the TV chanels be changed in the kitchen with this device?

We have a sky+ box. Using a transmitter we can watch it on the tv upstairs. There is a bit of interference but not enough to put us off watching it
