Seriously are people who go on Trisha all a little bit simple or what? Does anyone actually know people who have gone on it and whether they are normal in real life or what? Trevor and hismother this morning? Are you kidding?

Didn't see Trasha this morning (typo? I don't think so!) but it plays on the simple fact that there are queues of people who want their five minutes of fame, and don;t mind abasing themselves to get it. It is car crash TV, but it gets ratings - end of story.
they're supposedly searching for a new host too
That Brummie guy has to be made up, surely people like that don't exist... (I've lived a very sheltered 30 Years) :oP
They're all chavs - Britain's burgeoning peasant underclass (www.chavscum.com)
My cousin was on it once. One of the more light hearted shows about wanting to be famous. They had a little singing contest and he one. I can assure you he's pretty normal.

Honestly i sit there riveted, it really is car crash telly, the normal shows like WoWo's cousin are fine but the "mym mum shagged my boyfriend", paternity test, "my mum's a fat stripper" variety are just vile! god i'm helping it stay on the telly by watching it aren't i...
Well I can only say that the people living next door to me should definitely be on Trisha/Trasha (excellant andy!I don't even have to turn on the TV to get a daily update of their sordid lives..especially when the windows are open, you couldn't make some of it up!!!
Go on Purple, tell us more!
My partner witnessed La Goddard being approached on a domestic flight by some fat glasweigen woman in leggings for an autograph, the type you see her fawning up to on her show each day, being curtly dismissed for her impertinence.
my mums mate went on it a few years ago coz her new husband wanted 2 make porn videos of her + him 2gether. shes normal but i dont no bout her husband...
I don't understand how anyone could be so desperate that they'd consider going on that show. If a parent of mine nailed my partner, I'm not sure I'd want everyone to know about it, LOL. If my mum was a stripper, would I want my mates to find out? I'd either be ostracised or become very popular- either way just thinking about it makes me feel like a lie down. I wonder how many are real and how many are actors as was alleged on Vanessa Fatz's show. Simple is probably an understatement as they don't seem to be particularly articulate. He adds, somewhat snobbily...
Some people will do anything to get on TV and live in such a way that the horrendously shameful revelations are just normal life to them! PS I've heard Trisha is not as nice as she seems as well
my ex was on Trisha before i met him... turned out to be a total loser as well.. anyone who goes on this program deserves to have their fingernails ripped out with pliars... not that im bitter about us splitting up obviously!!!
No, they're not simple. Just *****.

I've never met anyone who has been on Trisha, no.

I see the people that go on that show, either desperate for a bit of fame, or desperate for help, they don't know where else to turn.
