Its never really appealed, but if they could stretch it out so that it ran over that God-awful public racketeering audition-fest that is on at the moment, I might be inclined to raise an eyebrow of intrigue.
Dunno if you will be interested but also on Saturday (I think) on BBC4 they are showing 3 episodes of the very first Dr Who from 1963. Very first appearance of the Daleks.
Can't say im excited at all.....i think the show, although essentially a "family" show, should have been a lot darker than it currently is.

I, personally, think that the constant kiddie appeal the show has ruined things for me.
I mean, the first episode with Chris Eccleston - we had a wheelie bin eating some guy.
It just looked so amateurish.

Not a lot of Dr Who fans liked the American tv movie, but it was so much more adult and darker than the British show ever has been.

The guy who brought it back ( i forget his name right now) hasnt done much to it to make it appealing to me, im afraid....

....and dont get me started with Torchwood......what a shocker that show is!!!
Yes, I am, but no, I'm not. I really enjoy the show, but I can't get my head round Catherine Tate being the new companion for this series. Comedian, yes, if you will, but capable actress - don't think so, especially as she appears to have a permanent smirk on her face.
I'm mega excited, especially since it looks like Rose and Martha will be back in it!!! I'll give Catherine Tate the benefit of the doubt. The trailers on at the moment are fantastic
