What happened at the end? It seemed to finish with nothing resolved - what happened to the 2 main characters? However my mind wandered in the final scenes when the chap in the cabin was talking to the sherriff so it might have given info that I missed.

Yep,I was up to speed to then but I couldn't work out what happened to the psycopath & the husband after he wandered off with his arm bone sticking out. I wondered whether the husband was in the other car & was killed.
I assume the wife was killed although not shown.
