in the opening credits to CSI vegas, it shows a bald head from a dummy being hit i think it is from season 1 ep 1, is this head modelled on michael rosenbaum (lex luthor from smallville). strange question i know.

I doubt very much whether it was modelled on anyone. Why go to the bother (and expense) of having a dummy modelled on someone that most people won't recognise when a bog standard dummy looks exactly the same nad will be considerably cheaper. It is just going to be whacked on the head, after all.
