A british tv drama/ghost story where a woman moves into an apartment and her upstairs neighbours apartment keeps changing appearance - it looks old fashioned. She keeps bumping into a sinister man who she eventually witnesses killing his wife. It turns out she is seeing the future not the past? What is this caled?

kewl i thought i was the only one that see this. they sell the apartment to the couple they've see in the visions. Ithink ( i might be wrong) it was called the house that dripped blood
